Independent Living
Our independent living is designed for seniors who want to pursue new adventures and lifelong interests in an energetic, social environment. People are drawn here by the beauty of our setting, but they stay for and thrive in the vibrancy of the campus—and, of course, access to everything that makes Boulder special.
Committed to Enriching Boulder
Is there a hot topic at the city council? An Alzheimer’s walk to help fund more research? Or maybe a world-renowned speaker up at the University of Colorado? No matter what the community activity, you’ll almost certainly see some Frasier residents front and center.
Committed to Enriching Frasier
The Frasier way is to give back to the community, and this takes shape in supporting residents, staff and the larger community. Philanthropy and community service are a way of life here, marked by special honors such as the Betty and Bill Fisher Award for resident community service.
Clubs Galore
Our resident-organized clubs sprout like tulips at Frasier. If you have a passion, start a club because there are likely many of your fellow residents who would love to join you to feed this passion. With dozens and dozens of clubs that meet daily, weekly or maybe just once a month, you’ll feed your passion, and make some wonderful friendships.
What’s Your Passion?
Do you like to dance? Join us for the Salsa class. Have you dabbled in photography or painting? Now’s the time to feed that desire. Or maybe you are a creator at heart? Visit the woodshop, resident-run brewery, or attend an art class. There’s so much to do, every day.
Community Features
Resident well-being is supported through many community features, including numerous resident elevators with emergency generators, covered parking, walkways around the community, wide hallways, and leading technology to support safety, entertainment, communications, storage areas, concierge, and transportation services.
Community Rooms
Frasier has multiple community rooms for hosting groups, events, religious activities, private gatherings and public exhibits. We also offer many rooms and spaces to simply relax in, like our extensive library, or billiards room. Additionally, with The Canyons Center we have more space and opportunities to host community events.
Learn More
We offer residents access to supportive amenities on our campus, including a hair salon, notary service, newspaper delivery, priority access to assisted living or skilled nursing services, overnight guest rooms, meal plans, housekeeping, health clinics, or on-campus facilities for medical visits.
See For Yourself
From the moment you walk into Frasier, you’ll catch the feeling. It’s a welcoming, vibrant resident community that you have to experience. Stop by, take a tour and see for yourself. You will likely see a friend or two as you do.
