Recent Study: Significant Reduction in Frailty for Older Adults in Senior Living Communities

Turns out, residents who move to senior living communities tend to be less impacted by one of the great drawbacks of aging: increased frailty.

Recent research from NORC at the University of Chicago indicates that residents who move to senior living communities experience a significant reduction in frailty – a challenging aspect of aging. Findings from that study indicate that vulnerability tends to actually decline after move-in.
