Education Assistance Spotlight

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we raised $19,856 for the Employee Education Assistance Fund between January to June 2025, opening new doors for 14 Frasier team members.

Cody Warchuck and Pradibya (Pro) Shrestha are two dedicated team members
benefiting from this financial support.

Cody is an Emergency Response Coordinator at Frasier Care. He is studying Integrative Physiology at CU Boulder and hopes to become a fire medic to help communities impacted by wildfires. He said Frasier’s education assistance fund is “a big opportunity for me… and I’m very appreciative of it.” His passion for public service is evident in his work at Frasier, where he continues to sharpen his emergency response skills. Cody said, “It’s not necessarily who you’re helping – it’s how you help them.”

Pro has worked at The Meadows Assisted Living front desk for five years, where he loves creating a warm and welcoming environment. His caring nature is often complimented by the Meadows team, residents, families, and guests. Pro is now pursuing a masters degree in Cybersecurity at Metro State University and said, “I didn’t have to consider taking out more loans… financially, it’s a lot of help.”
