Frasier Awards Nearly $100,000 in Grants to Local Agencies Serving Older Adults
At Frasier, community care doesn’t stop at our campus gates—it extends across Boulder County. This year, we’re proud to announce that $99,500 in grant funding has been awarded to five incredible local organizations working to support older adults in need.
Funded through the Frasier Community Fund Endowment, these grants address some of the toughest challenges facing underserved seniors, including food insecurity, housing instability, and access to healthcare. Since the Endowment’s launch in 2021, a total of $394,500 has gone to agencies making a direct, meaningful impact on older adults’ lives.
Behind this effort is Seniors for Seniors (S4S)—a passionate team of Frasier residents who lead the grant process. From identifying unmet needs to visiting applicant sites, S4S members put their hearts and minds into ensuring every dollar is well spent.
“The Seniors for Seniors team takes this responsibility to heart,” said Gail Promboin, Frasier resident and S4S team lead. “We care deeply about how these funds are used and where they’ll have the greatest impact. It’s also inspiring to see so many of these organizations collaborating—partnerships within partnerships—working together to lift up the community.” – Gail Promboin, Frasier resident, S4S chair
