David is responsible for housekeeping of resident homes, resident and Frasier event set-up and ensuring the overall appearance of Frasier is up to resident and employee standards.
David is responsible for the schedule, coordination and oversight of housekeeping, for resident homes as well as public area upkeep and appearance.
He has been involved in facilities maintenance for our senior living community for the past two years. He recently was promoted to Director of Environmental Services where he leads a team of twenty staff members. He has been instrumental in the facilitation of training his team to work efficiently and effectively to exceed resident expectations.
Before joining Frasier in 2016, David served as the Maintenance Supervisor for Lakeshore Athletic club. He has previous experience in housekeeping and maintenance in multiple local senior retirement communities.
He earned his Certification in Pool Operations and Paint and Auto Body. Recently he has attended a Management and Communication course sponsored by Frasier and is currently participating in the Novare Management Development Program. David embraces the possibilities by spending time with his family, exercising and various outdoor activities. He continually seeks opportunities to challenge himself.
