Tina is responsible for the quality assurance and performance improvement programs, along with compliance and risk management activities throughout the continuum of care at Frasier. Tina has been instrumental in the development and implementation of programs that address systems of care and practices that impact clinical care, quality of life, care transitions and resident choice.
Before joining Frasier in 2014, she served as a clinical billing auditor for the SCL Health System in Broomfield, Colorado. She also served as the Director of Quality Improvement for TRU in Lafayette, Colorado.
She earned her Associate Degree in nursing from Front Range Community College and received various certifications while serving in the United States Air Force. Tina is completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governor’s University. She is a certified professional aging services risk manager, and continues taking coursework to augment her clinical and administrative skillset. Tina also serves in an elected position on the Board of Directors for Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District as secretary of the board.
Tina embraces the possibilities through spending time with her family, travel, snowshoeing, snorkeling, and enjoying Colorado’s beauty.
