Our Philanthropic Mission
Frasier is a source of strength within our own community and the broader Boulder community. Frasier’s philanthropic mission is to help community residents and older persons throughout Boulder, live life to the fullest. This includes vibrant senior living opportunities, diverse programs of outreach and compassionate healthcare services.
As a nonprofit organization, we raise, invest and distribute charitable funds in these three critical areas by:
Caring for Others — We support resident and employee assistance efforts. Benevolent care funds are available if residents outlive their resources. Our employee education assistance program nurtures the next generation by creating new skills and supporting learning opportunities. Our Wellness Center provides healthy programming that engages residents and community members alike.
Living Life to the Fullest — Frasier offers many levels of housing and care services that encourage older persons to maintain their optimal independence, the key to a vibrant, robust and enriched life. We also collaborate with Boulder Housing Partners to provide affordable housing in the community. Services like “Frasier @ Home” are available to everyone. Frasier’s support for the Geneva Percival Music Fund and Chaplaincy Fund are the types of programming and services that help nurture inner wellness for everyone as well.
Building for the Future — From its original vision in 1960, Frasier’s mission has always been to build and support a caring and lasting organization that benefits our community. As a good steward of this tremendous responsibility, Frasier supports an ongoing Building Fund and three distinct endowment funds. Through these efforts, our community is creating a legacy that will benefit future generations.
Over the years, the generosity of Frasier’s donors has been incredible! They have supported many diverse funds in fulfillment of our philanthropic mission. There are as many reasons to give back as there are donors.
