The membership fee is a one-time fee which provides members with a lifetime contract with Frasier Meadows Retirement Community, provides for benefits in continuing care and helps cover other community expenses. Below is a partial listing of what membership and monthly fees are applied towards.

    · Thirty prepaid days of skilled nursing care in the Frasier       Health Center each year per apartment.
    · Security supervision of buildings and grounds.
    · Transportation in the Frasier Meadows van for local       shopping trips, cultural events and other outings.
    · Discounts in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing
    · Use of all the facilities.
    · Programs for social, cultural or recreational activities in       response to individuals requests and desires.
    · General administration of Frasier Meadows, including       housekeeping, grounds-keeping, maintenance and       security of the entire Frasier Meadows Campus.
    · For a modest additional cost, the following services are       available to individuals in their homes: catering, special       housekeeping requests, maintenance, additional meals,       resident assistant and room tray delivery.
