The Meadows Assisted Living at Fraiser offers 19 secure memory support apartments, including different studio apartment floor plans, comfortable common areas, and resident-centered programs and activities to support those with memory loss. For each individual in our memory support residences, staff and the care team—which includes families— develop a personal and holistic care plan.

Our goal is to promote cognitive and physical stimulation each day.

Our caring and compassionate team, available 24/7, is critical for residents in our memory support community. Each member is competent and understands the resident’s life story while offering stimulating, appropriate activities that foster purpose, meaning, and belonging every day.
Therapeutic Activities
Our philosophy for memory support is consistent with life throughout the Frasier campus—we believe residents can learn and grow at any age, despite health or cognitive challenges. Our Memory support residents benefit from familiar routines and meaningful activities to promote comfort, sensory stimulation and reminiscence, including art, music and pet therapies.
Community Integration
While our memory support residences are in a secure environment, residents’ daily lives are integrated with community life. Staff and volunteers help residents to enjoy the community gardens and walkways, visit the Wellness Center, enjoy meals in all of our dining venues, participate in community-wide events and activities, and much more.
